Empowering the Artist

The Key Approach is a facilitation style inspired by the rehearsal room. It places the actor in the present moment of exploration, empowering them to make new discoveries and connections about their creative process enabling them to transfer their unique approach into the drama workshop.

Central to the methodology is generating an inclusive, risk-taking environment that values individual voices alongside the collective, sparking debate and deeper reflection that is carefully orchestrated as I read the dynamic of the audience.

DEVISED and delivered training for the new community outreach programmes and termly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions for over 70 Globe Education Practitioners.

Sarah is an amazing and inspiring person to work with. She enables actors to bring their acting skills into a learning environment. She taught me how to identify the dynamic of a group and deliver an effective and insightful workshop. Working with Sarah has empowered me to find inspiration in the work.
