Our Facilitation Approach

The Key Approach is a facilitation style that draws upon a range of creative elements to immerse the participant, an actor, artist or teacher, in the present moment of exploration, empowering them to make new discoveries and connections about their creative approach and process.

Central to the methodology is generating an inclusive, risk-taking environment that values individual voices alongside the collective, sparking debate and deeper reflection that is carefully orchestrated as I read the dynamic of the audience.

I have experienced Sarah’s pedagogical skill-set first hand and it is deep, wide and continually adaptable to the needs of her participants.
